Logan's Lost Tooth

Logan just pulled out his own tooth. It is the 3rd tooth he has lost and he did it all himself. It has been hanging for a day or so and Adam wanted to pull it this morning. Logan got a washcloth and started tugging on it again. We all started chanting, "Go Logan, Go Logan!" and he tugged once and it came right out. He was so excited and had the biggest grin for a while. Like all kids do when their tooth comes out, he keeps putting his tongue in the hole. I hope the tooth fairy comes tonight. She was a little careless last time! Bad fairy!

Look Who is ready for Disney World

This little princess is ready for Disney World. We went to the Disney store today and bought this for her. We are going to Cinderella's Happily Ever After dinner at the Grand Floridian Resort when we are in Disney in September. All the little girls wear their princess dresses to the princess dinners. It's a Sleeping Beauty Aurora dress. She calls it "fancy!"

Eat Mor Chikin

Friday was Cow Appreciation Day at Chick Fil A, or Chick-o-lay as my kids call it. Our good friend, Lesli Flowers, works for Chick Fil A and she was generous enough to send us a dress up packet. It included cow headbands, cowprint stickers and cow signs to wear around our necks. We arrived there at 10am (I wanted to avoid a crowd) and it was wonderful. Each of the kids got a breakfast combo including a large drink for free, did you hear me, FREE! It was wonderful! They also had face painting, games for free stuff and they got to have their picture made with the cow. Thank you Chick Fil A and Lesli for a fun experience. See you next year on Cow Appreciation Day!

Doin' my workin'

When Logan was a baby he used to say, "I'n doin' my workin' " This meant he was using tools or anything that resembled a tool. Today they got their tools out and put on their Home Depot aprons and got to work on the fort. What is Layton doing up there?

Sprinkler Park

This is our new favorite sprinkler park. It's on 66 in Royse City and there aren't very many people there, ever. Logan of course loves it and plays on everything.

1st Movie Theatre Trip

This was the 1st time for Landry to go to the movie theatre to see a movie. Our movie theatre has $1 movies each week so I thought this would be the perfect time to try it. She loves to pose, even if it is in front of a Cinemark poster. We took Jake Moffatt with us and then we met Samantha, Jackson and Campbell Cilio there.

She of course wanted to hold her own ticket and then give it to the lady at the ticket booth. She watched the movie intently most of the time.
