Disney Review Monday Night Dinner

Monday night we had dinner reservations at the Grand Floridian Resort. It was dinner with Cinderella and Prince Charming and everyone who goes with that story. I was so excited for Landry. We bought her this dress at the Disney store a few weeks ago. She loves Aurora from Sleeping Beauty but was very excited about Cinderella too. She chose some glass slippers from the Cinderella collection earlier in the day. We were in a store at Epcot and she HAD to have these glass slippers along with a Minnie Mouse purse, Minnie Mouse necklace, Mickey bracelet and Aurora ring. It was adorable at how much she wanted all of this. She spent all of her money that day and was fine with it because she got everything she wanted. Here she is running to the bus stop to leave for dinner.
She decided to do a little typing on daddy's phone on the bus.
Prince Charming with my 2 Princes.
Lady Tremaine (aka: Wicked Stepmother) visited with us during dinner. Notice how happy Landry is to see her.
Logan loved Cinderella
Cinderella and Prince Charming danced right beside our table. We had a perfect seat.
Drizella played the wicked step sister perfectly. She said to Logan, "nice to meet me!"
Anastasia was great too. She really took the time to talk to the kids. They were all so great and stayed in character the entire time we were there. Look at Logan standing like Prince Charming with his arm in front of his stomach.
Anastasia is one of the only characters that Landry would talk to.
She was such a happy little girl.

Disney Review Monday at Epcot

On Monday we went to Epcot for the entire day. Allie joined us since she was in Florida visiting our friend, Ryan.

Stitch from Lilo and Stitch movie. He was our first character of the day.
Then we saw Daisy Duck. All 3 kids had autograph books too. We love having these autographs from all the characters. Notice how "happy" Landry looks to be with a character. This continued for most of the trip.
The Seas - This was our first stop of the day. We rode the Finding Nemo ride and got to see lots of marine life. As you can see in this photo, there wasn't a lot of time that all 3 kids were happy at once. Not sure what is wrong with Logan and Landry but it is great to see Layton smiling!
We got to get inside of Bruce the shark from Finding Nemo.
This is as close as Landry would get.
Layton and daddy kissing Crush the turtle.
This was the coolest thing at the Imagination Station area. The kids stood there and followed the directions on the screen. It said things like, run, jump, skip, etc. Then it uploaded to a computer and we got to see the kids in their own video game. It was super cool!
Mammie is a Disney card member and they had a special members area. Each day there are special characters for a meet and greet and photo ops. We even got a free 5X7 of our family with all the characters. It was very nice. Minnie loved Logan and kept trying to kiss him.

Disney Review

We have been home from Disney World for over a week now and to tell you the truth I am a little overwhelmed at the amount of photos I have. So, this is your warning that this blog post and any subsequent Disney posts will have LOTS of pictures.

We left for the airport at 5:45am. We arrived at DFW when it was still dark outside. We were all smiles as we checked in and walked up to the gate. All 3 kids loved to pull their own carry on suitcases.
Layton and Logan both wanted to sit by a window. I sat with Layton and Landry and Logan sat with Adam and Mammie.
This is one of the first things that you see when you come through the gates in the Orlando airport.
We caught the Magical Express Bus to take us to our hotel and then to the Magic Kingdom.

The Magic Kingdom was already decorated for the Fall and Halloween season. There were lots of Pumpkin heads and Halloween decorations.
Our very first thing to do was to go up in the Swiss Family Robinson house.
Then we rode the Magic Carpets of Aladin.
The boys were pumped to ride on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride next.
Our dinner reservations that night were at Crystal Palace with characters.
After dinner we headed to Tomorrowland to ride the Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin.
Cinderella's castle is beautiful at night.
Those are some sleepy babies! Poor Adam had to carry both boys all the way from the bus to our hotel. Landry was asleep too and I was carrying her. They were all so asleep we were able to change all their clothes and put them in bed and they all stayed asleep. It was a long but fun first day.
